1. Introduction

Welcome to the MV Sports Showcase 2026. These terms and conditions govern your registration and participation in our showcase event. By registering, you agree to comply with these conditions. Please read this document carefully before signing up.

2. Showcase Registration Options

Only the paid option(s) selected during registration will be included in the services provided to you.

Base Showcase Registration - $300

The Base Showcase Registration provides essential visibility for participating players. This option includes:

• 160 minutes of gameplay (two 80-minute matches)
• Full video recording of both matches, with digital access post-showcase
• Digital action shots and headshot
• Game footage and player profile shared with participating coaches only
• Official showcase jersey and gift bag
• Snacks, hydration, and first aid on-site

Optional Add-On: Highlights Video + Full Network Distribution - $250

Highly Recommended: In our 2025 showcase, 95% (21 out of 22) of players who purchased this add-on attracted interest from universities or prep schools.

This optional enhancement includes:

• Professional highlight video (2-3 minutes) edited and curated by a former university coach
• Distribution to our complete network of 1,300+ university and prep school coaches
• Enhanced profile visibility across our recruiting network
• Downloadable highlight video for personal use

Optional Add-On: Personalized Performance Report - $200

This optional enhancement includes:

• Detailed written evaluation from a former university coach
• Analysis of strengths and areas for improvement
• Tactical and technical assessment
• Level-appropriate recommendations and recruitment guidance

Note: Optional add-ons are NOT included in the base $300 registration price and must be selected separately during registration.

3. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy

Showcase registration fees and all optional add-on purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: cancellations, weather-related changes, personal schedule conflicts, or inability to attend for any reason.

4. Liability and Safety

While we do our best to ensure a safe environment during the showcase, participants acknowledge that soccer is a contact sport with inherent risks. MV Sports and its organizers, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the showcase event. By registering, you accept all risks associated with participation.

Participants are strongly encouraged to have their own health and accident insurance coverage. A physiotherapist will be available on-site for taping and first aid, but this does not constitute comprehensive medical care.

5. Use of Images and Media

By registering for the MV Sports Showcase 2026, you grant MV Sports and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use photos, videos, and other media of your participation, including portraits and action shots taken during the showcase, for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on our social media platforms, website, brochures, marketing materials, and distribution to coaches and recruiting networks.

You waive any claims to compensation, royalties, or other remuneration related to the use of these media. If you have concerns about media usage, please contact us before registering.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the showcase. This includes:

• Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, officials, and other players
• Adherence to showcase rules and schedules
• Appropriate sportsmanship on and off the field

MV Sports reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.

7. Weather and Schedule Changes

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, MV Sports reserves the right to modify the showcase schedule, venue, or format as necessary. Every effort will be made to provide advance notice of changes. No refunds will be issued for schedule modifications or venue changes.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the MV Sports Showcase 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you are registering a minor (under 18 years of age), you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
