1. Introduction
Welcome to the MV Sports Mini-Camp Soccer. These terms and conditions govern your registration and participation in our soccer camp. By registering, you agree to comply with these conditions. Please read this document carefully before signing up.
2. Camp Options
Only the paid option will be included in the service provided to you.
Option Basic Camp
The Basic Camp is an affordable version of our camp, ideal for getting noticed by participating coaches. This option includes:
160 minutes of play (2 games of 80 minutes each)
Full video recording of the games, with digital access after the camp
Digital photos (action shots and portrait)
Game footage and player information shared with participating coaches
Official camp jersey and gift bag
A snack and hydration provided
On-site first aid
On the day of the camp, participants registered under the Basic Camp option may choose to upgrade to the Premium Camp option for an additional fee.
Option Premium Camp
The Premium Camp offers a full-service experience. This option includes:
160 minutes of play (2 games of 80 minutes each)
Full video recording of the games, with digital access after the camp
Personalized highlight video, edited by our team and tailored for university coaches
Digital photos (action shots and portrait)
Game footage, highlight videos, and player information shared with our network of university coaches in the United States
Official camp jersey and gift bag
A snack and hydration provided
On-site first aid
3. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy
Camp registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Acceptance of an Offer and Additional Services
If you receive an offer from a coach or university and require further support in your recruitment process, please inform us. We offer additional services for an extra fee to assist you.
5. Liability and Safety
While we do our best to ensure a safe environment, we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during the camp.
6. Use of Images and Media
By registering for our Soccer Camp, you agree that photos and videos of your participation, including portraits and action shots taken during the camp, may be used by our organization for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on our social media, website, brochures, and other marketing materials. You waive any claims or compensation related to the use of these media.
